Garlic Croutons

Ingredients

  • Vegan loaf of bread
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon origanum

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius
  2. Slice your loaf of bread into small cubes, size may vary on your preference
  3. Toss cubed bread in olive oil, garlic powder and origanum
  4. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper and grease with non stick cooking spray, arrange cubed bread on the baking tray
  5. Place the baking tray in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes (until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside)

Perfect for a salad or soup
