Vegan Ham & Cheese Gnocchi
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- Nature and Moi Cheese
- Potato Gnocchi
- Fry’s Polony
- 1 1/2 cup of broth
- 1 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup Orley Whip cream
- 1 cup peas
- Chop the polony into cubes, size may vary on preference
Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and cook until tender. Add polony to pan and cook until polony starts browning.
Add peas to pan and stir. Add gnocchi to pan, then broth and cream.
Stir and let cook for about 5 minutes until gnocchi is tender and sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese on top and place skillet under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts and start slightly browning.
